Publication Options

     Accepted papers will be published in the International Conference Proceedings Series by ACM,  which will be archived in the ACM Digital Library, and sent to be indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus and submitted to be reviewed by Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (ISI Web of Science).

   Some accepted papers will be recommended to be published in International Journal of e-Education, e-Business, e-Management and e-Learning (IJEEEE), (ISSN: 2010-3654), which will be indexed by Engineering & Technology Digital Library, Google Scholar, Electronic Journals Library, QUALIS, ProQuest, EI (INSPEC, IET).

 For a few authors who don't expect any publication of your papers, you're welcome to submit the abstracts to us which will be sent to at least two techinical committees for a brief review, and present your papers at the conference without publishing.

Please follow the format when preparing your paper. Papers should be with at least 4 pages.

Publication in proceeding: 5 pages, including all figures, tables, and references, Extra pages may be charged at 50 USD per page.

  

Submission Method


Electronic Submission System (.pdf)

Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures and references. Full text papers (.pdf) will be accepted via EasyChair submission system.

All submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. Submissions will be chosen based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program.

All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical, and will be peer-reviewed. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the journal and are subject to both review and editing.

We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.
